NAME AND PURPOSE
The name of this corporation is The Florida Center for Government Accountability, Inc. The purposes for which it is formed, as stated in the Articles of Incorporation, are to operate for the purpose of benefiting the public interest by encouraging government accountability and civic engagement, by:
Articles of Incorporation
ARTICLE I
The name of the Corporation shall be The Florida Center for Covernment Accountability lnc. For convenience, the corporation shall be referred to as the “Corporation,” the articles of incorporation shall be referred to as the “Articles,” and the Bylaws of the Corporation shall be referred to as the “Bylaws.”
Conflict of Interest Policy
I. Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to protect the interests of The Florida Center for Government Accountability (FLCGA). In the regular course of business, agents and employees of FLCGA may have the opportunity to advance their own personal interests with or against the interests of FLCGA.
